Fall Festivities Part One

Posted by

Hello Fall-owers!!!

Fall is one of our VERY favorite seasons here at RubyClaire.  Isn't it yours?!  It comes with so many memories made with family, the leaves start to change, the air is crisp, and we get to have an excuse to snuggle up in our RubyClaire Wide Leg Loungers more often!

This October we put together TEN of our teams most anticipated activities of the year to share with you.  Whether you live in Utah or Florida, you won't want to miss out on making memories with your loved ones, while wearing RubyClaire of course.

FALL FESTIVITIES - PART ONE

#1 Enjoy the Fall leaves with your bestie

Enjoying the fall leaves means a perfect reason to pull out your cute new exercise clothes like our Alexa SneakersCriss Cross Bralette, or the Actively Fit Jacket. Who says you have to look frumpy when you exercise?

#2 Visit your local corn maze

Who likes haunted corn mazes compared to regular corn mazes?!  Last year was the first time I went to a haunted corn maze and I'm 21.  They are terrifying!!!  But if it's done right it won't leave you with the heeby jeebies for the rest of forever.  Check out the 10th West Scare House next time you're in Cache Valley during October, it's a favorite.

Details: Juneau FlannelQuilted Vest, Fleece lined plaid to come!

#3 Drink a cup of your favorite hot cocoa

Our model Brooke (the one on the left) LOVES to make her own hot cocoa creations.  She shared two of her favorites with us:

SALTED PEANUT BUTTER HOT CHOCOLATE

1/4 Cup of Sugar

1/4 Cup of Cocoa

1/4 Cup of Water

3 Cups of Milk

3 TBSP of Peanut Butter

1/2 Cup of Chocolate Chips

In a sauce pan mix sugar and cocoa then whisk in the water until smooth. Then whisk in milk over medium heat. When it starts to steam, remove from heat and add chocolate chips and peanut butter. Blend until frothy. Finish with a sprinkle of sea salt and marshmallows.

#4 Pick out the perfect pumpkin

Picking out a pumpkin is hard work!  It has to be the perfect height and roundness, there can't be any dents or dings.  I remember scouring the pumpkin patch for forever when I was little hoping to find the best pumpkin there was!  We have plenty of tips about what to do with your pumpkin after you pick it, but those will have to wait until next week.  For now, just scour our site to find the perfect outfit for pumpkin picking because we all know that a pumpkin patch is the PERFECT spot for a small photoshoot.

#5 Go on a hay ride

Little Bear Bottoms and The American West Heritage Center both have the best Fall festivities in all of Cache Valley.  Perfect for a date night, family get together, or girls night out!  But my personal favorite is Gardner Village in Salt Lake!  Where are your favorite places to go?

We want to be a part of your very favorite festivities this Fall whether that is enjoying the fall leaves with your bestie, visiting the local corn maze, drinking a cup of your favorite hot cocoa, going on a hay ride, or picking out the perfect pumpkin with your family and friends. RubyClaire has an outfit for it all.  Can't wait to see you all #WearRubyClaire this holiday season.

xoxo,

Mak
