Ready or not, summer is here and it's not showing us any mercy. Now that you are fitted up for a good workout, we've put together some really easy and heart pumping workouts to get that bod in shape! Circuit workouts are great for building muscle and getting in that dreaded cardio. So grab your best playlist and keep scrolling because things are about to get sweaty!

Pushups: 3 Sets, 30 Seconds

For a tougher workout elevate your legs on a bench and put for hands closer together.

Tricep Dips: 3 Sets, 30 Dips

For an easier workout bend your legs at a 90 degree angle and descend very slowly.

Jump Lunges: 5 Sets, 45 Seconds

Make sure the leg that is in the back is at a 90 degree angle you your front knee does not extend past your front toes. 

Jump Squats: 5 Sets, 45 Seconds

To not hurt yourself make sure your knees do not extend past your toes. Sit back as far as you can for an extra burn.
