Shipping & Returns

Bottom Line: We want you HAPPY with your purchase, if you're not, return it.

When: You now have more time to decide! We will accept returns/exchanges within 30 days of purchase!

Condition: Items must be unworn (it's ok to try on), unwashed and in original new condition, this includes make-up stains from trying on so BE CAREFUL.

Exclusions: Sorry but sale items, jewelry, scarves, belts, socks, sunglasses hair accessories, undergarments and gift certificates are final sale and can not be returned.

What: We offer in-store credit only.  Please allow up to 5 business days from the date we receive your return for us to credit your RubyClaire account.


Our return policy is for Store Credit ONLY.  RubyClaire Boutique wants you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase so in the rare event that you are unsatisfied you may return your items within 30 days of receipt to us for a store credit.  Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition with all the original tags still attached or it will be denied. Boots/shoes must be returned in the original undamaged box.

Items marked as FINAL SALE or Clearance items, jewelry, scarves, lingerie, sunglasses or gift certificates may NOT be returned and are FINAL and MAY NOT BE RETURNED.



We fully understand that Christmas requires a little modification to our normal return policy so here it is, plain and simple.
You have until January 7th to make your return on non clearance items.  Clearance items are always FINAL SALE.  After January 7th, Christmas purchases become FINAL SALE too.


Shipping Charges:

You are responsible for the shipping and handling of the returned item(s). Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable. You may send your package back to us using the most economical shipping method of your choice. Please record tracking information, as we are not responsible for lost items.  If you had FREE SHIPPING on the order and this return causes you to go below the free shipping minimum, any refund/online credit you receive will be less the estimated shipping charges for ground shipping.


Warehouse Pickup for Locals:

We are typically available for warehouse pickup 11am-4pm Monday - Friday, but please call ahead before coming in to pickup your order. You can pickup your order through the main entrance.

Problems With Your Order:

If you have received the wrong item or believe it to be defective, you MUST contact us within 7 days of receipt to notify us of this.  NO EXCEPTIONS.

 How to Make Your Return

  1. Log into your account on
  2. Select "Completed Orders" from the menu on the left margin of the page
  3. Select the "RETURN ITEM(S)" button corresponding to the order you want to return
  4. Select "QTY to Return"
  5. Select "Return Reason"
  6. Select "Return Action"
  7. Leave us a "Comment" if there is something we should know about the return.
  8. Please allow 1-3 business days for a response email with return instructions.
  9. Please allow 3-5 business days for us to process your return/exchange once we receive it.


Deal Site Returns

If you purchased from us on a deal site ( you have 14-days from the date of receiving your item to return it to us for a refund.  Your item MUST be in new condition, unworn, unwashed and with any tags still attached.

Shipping Information


We ship using the US Postal Service with either USPS Priority Mail (2-3 day delivery) or USPS Express Mail (overnight to many cities). We charge the actual shipping plus a small overhead fee for handling. Our shipping charges are very competitive and delivery is FAST!
All shipping charges are determined by the weight of the package and the distance our warehouse is from your shipping address. We use the USPS shipping rates and zones to determine the cost to you. Choosing to use the US Postal Service means that you will get your package delivered even to a PO Box address with delivery 6 days a week including Saturdays (excluding holidays).

Some items ship directly from the manufacturer and are shipped via UPS Ground.  These items will take 7-14 days for delivery.  Those items are noted on the item description page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
