Returns + Exchanges

START HERE: Please email help@rubyclaireboutique.com and include your name and order # to start a return or exchange. 

 

Items can be returned within 14 days of the delivery date for a refund back to your original form of payment (not including shipping charges) and up to 30 days of the delivery date for store credit to be used on a future purchase. Returns after the 30 days of delivery date will not be accepted. 

Items must be postmarked within 14 days of delivery to the customer for refund to original form of payment.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Please include the invoice or a note with your first and last name and order number.

 

BOTTOM LINE: We want you to be happy with your purchase, if you're not, we will take care of you! 

WHEN:

  • Items returned within 14 days of delivery are eligible for your money back to the original form of payment.
  • Items returned from 15-30 days of delivery are eligible for store credit only! Store Credit is issued in the form of an E-Gift Card and will be emailed to you.
  • Items returned after 30 days of delivery are not eligible for return.

 

*Shipping charges are not refundable*

 

CONDITION: Items must be unworn (it's ok to try on), unwashed and in original new condition with tags still attached. We will not accept items with makeup stains, perfume or smoke scents, pet hair, body odor ect.

EXCLUSIONS: Sale items, jewelry, scarves, belts, socks, sunglasses hair accessories, undergarments and gift certificates are final sale and can not be returned.

WHAT:  Please allow up to 5 business days from the date we receive your return for us to issue your refund. We will send you an email updating you once it has been processed. Be sure to check your spam/junk folder! 

Boots/Shoes must be returned in the original undamaged box. Please put this box inside of a shipping box to prevent damages. Do not stick the shipping label directly on the shoe box when sending back or it will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.

Items marked as FINAL SALE or Clearance, jewelry, scarves, bralettes, sunglasses or gift certificates may NOT be returned and are FINAL SALE.

 

SHIPPING CHARGES:

You are responsible for the shipping and handling of the returned item(s). Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable. You may send your package back to us using the most economical shipping method of your choice. Please record tracking information, as we are not responsible for lost items.  If you had FREE SHIPPING on the order and this return causes you to go below the free shipping minimum, any refund/online credit you receive will be less the estimated shipping charges for ground shipping.
